Eastham Coffee Company was founded to provide the best possible coffee experience. Our skilled baristas use the finest coffee and ingredients to prepare beverages of exceptional quality and serve them with outstanding customer service.

Coffee does go stale. In fact, store bought coffee is almost always stale. Coffee is best when used within 2 to 3 weeks of roasting. Our coffee is fresh roasted locally so we never use stale coffee.

Many coffee shops take shortcuts when making drinks such as re-steaming milk and using fully automatic machines. We do not. Every drink is made from scratch by trained baristas when you order it.

We spend a lot of time training our baristas because a good barista is like a good bartender - fast, friendly and consistently handing you a great drink!

We are currently a drive-thru only coffee shop, but we do have plans for the future...

We use whole milk in our regular drinks and half and half cream in our coffee. Some shops have switched to cheaper alternatives and sell it as healthier, but the truth is that it is just cheaper. We do have lowfat and sugar free options and have put in a lot of effort to make sure that they don't taste lowfat or sugar free.

We give a 10% customer reward discount to our 'regulars'. We also have discounts for all emergency and law enforcement and we will work with any company or organization to create customized discounts to meet thier needs.

We use foam cups instead of paper. A cappuccino was never meant to be served in a disposable cup of any kind. Foam cups more closely emulate the desirable properties of china and better preserve the essence of the beverage during travel. And contrary to popular belief, research has shown that the environmental impact of a modern foam cup is substantially less than that of a paper cup whether recycled or not.

We do offer cold brewed coffee. We feel that it makes a better iced coffee, but cold brewed coffee can also be used to make almost any drink - hot, iced or frozen. Cold brewed coffee is much easier on the stomach and is a great tasting option for those that can no longer enjoy regular coffee or espresso drinks due to stomach issues.

Espresso with foamed milk - 1 part espresso, 1 part steamed milk, 1 part froth. Offered hot and iced.

Espresso mixed with steamed milk. Typically made with more milk than a cappuccino and little or no froth on top. Offered hot and iced.

Steamed milk with a shot of espresso coffee poured over and served in a tall glass rather than a cup. Offered hot and iced.

A latte with chocolate added. Offered hot and iced.

A latte with white chocolate added. Offered hot and iced.

A latte with caramel added. Offered hot and iced.

A latte made with steamed half and half cream instead of milk. Offered hot and iced.

Coffee and steamed milk mixed in equal parts. Offered hot and iced.
